When you submit our inquiry form, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, contact information, event details and any inspiration images you upload. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram or email, we receive the information you send there.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals and quotes, and communicate with you about your event. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run our website, email and messaging.

Where it lives

Inquiry details and uploaded images are stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and are retained only as long as needed to serve your inquiry and our business records. Email notifications are delivered through our email provider.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to delete the information you have shared. Write to celebrate@everaftercelebrations.com and we will take care of it.
