Wedding Ceremony
A Temple Inspired Ceremony
The Design Story
A courtyard of carving and jasmine
The brief was rooted in memory: a ceremony that felt like the stone courtyards of a South Indian temple, warm rather than grand for its own sake.
Hand carved gold pillars framed the mandap, with Ganesha reliefs at their base and a canopy of red roses above. Strands of jasmine fell like rain across a lattice of Kerala mural panels, so the backdrop read as art rather than drape. By evening, warm uplighting turned the whole environment to amber.
